Hello! I’m so happy to have you here! My name is Kris and I’m the high vibe healthy recipe creator and mindful fitness trainer behind the brand and blog, Kris Gill.

Currently based in Vancouver, Canada, I work with big-hearted clients in-person and online globally through my online wellness coaching and fitness training programs.
