Berry Smoothie Bowl
Most smoothie bowls will call for 1-2 frozen banana's to create a thick and creamy consistency PLUS another for topping. I mean... that sh*t is bananas. Adding all of that extra sugar to your breakfast is totally unnecessary. You can still make so many great tasting smoothie bowls with half the amount of sugar, like our Berry Smoothie bowl. It's sweet, satisfying and will give you all the energy you need to power through your morning!
Base: In a high powered blender place 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries, 1 avocado, 2 tbsp unflavoured hemp protein powder, cinnamon and a good splash of almond milk.
Toppings: 1/2 sliced banana, blueberries, pepitas, chia seeds and Rawnola ❥
