NOURISH BOWL WITH LEMON TAHINI DRESSING
I just love making these to take for lunch! I like to prep some different things at the beginning of the week to make it nice and easy to put together in the mornings.
In this bowl I have mixed quinoa, arugula, cucumber, red pepper, roasted cauliflower (paprika, cumin, salt, pep, olive oil), avocado and hemp seeds! It's coated in a beautiful creamy lemon tahini dressing inspired by @ohsheglows using 1 tsp tahini, 1/2 lemon juiced, 1/8 tsp minced garlic, drizzle of olive oil and seasoned with pink salt + pepper!
