Miso Avocado Toast
Enjoy a simple savory breakfast in minutes with Miso Toast!
Toast one slice of bread of choice. I use a multigrain sour dough.
Spread 1 tbsp miso paste. I use organic shiro white miso.
Slice or smash 1/2 avocado on top. Sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Since discovering this combination it’s all I want to eat!! PLUS miso is fermented, so it provides the gut with the beneficial bacteria it needs to help us to stay healthy, vibrant and happy!
