How to Make a Smoothie Bowl

You may be surprised to know that those beautiful smoothie bowls you see online are actually so simple to make! You just need a blender, have your bananas frozen ahead of time and you’re set!

You’ll need:

1 frozen banana⁣
1/4 cup frozen berries (I use a mix of blueberry, raspberry and blackberry)
Handful of spinach (don’t worry, you can’t taste this AT ALL)
1 scoop arbonne vanilla protein
1/4 - 1/2 cup of filtered water

Blend everything up starting with 1/4 cup of water. This will keep the consistency thick for topping the bowl. Add a little more water depending on your blender. Next swirl 1 tbsp almond butter on top and sprinkle with chia seeds, hemp seeds and coconut shreds. If you’re feeling fancy you can line up your toppings and add extra fruit. For me, I like to swirl so that I get a little almond butter in every bite :)
