Holiday Bliss Balls - Kris Gill

These holiday bliss balls will be a hit at your Christmas party! Just as indulgent as a traditional chocolate truffle, and sure to accommodate anyone with a dietary restriction! Everyone gets a bite of bliss ;)


  • 1 cup pitted dates *you can soak your dates in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to make blending easier

  • 1 cup almonds *I use sliced because they are easier to crush + usually cheaper

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder + 1 tbsp for dusting

  • pinch of salt


Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Combine until the mixture sticks together. Scoop roughly 1 tsp of the mixture and roll it in your hands to form small balls. Finally roll the balls in the extra cacao powder and place in the fridge to set around 1-2 hours. Enjoy xx
