The beginning of May calls for a bowl of sunshine for breakfast!

Golden Sun Oats✨⁣
1/2 c sprouted oats⁣
1 c filtered water ⁣
1/4 tsp cinnamon ⁣
1/4 tsp ginger ⁣
1/4 tsp Turmeric ⁣
1 tbsp maple syrup ⁣
1 organic egg ⁣
1/2 banana, sliced⁣
2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt ⁣

If you’ve been following along with my breakfasts on the gram, by now you know the drill! Cook your oats stovetop, crack in the egg, whisk whisk whisk then top with dollop of vanilla yogurt and banana slices✨⁣

May is such a beautiful month! The days are getting warmer, brighter and more energetic⚡️ because of that I’ll soon be transitioning to colder breakfasts with smoothies and overnight oats with fresh berries or mango💫
