Cali Blue Smoothie

I have been loving frozen cauliflower in my smoothies lately! If you are just getting into smoothies and think this is crazy, you're just gonna have to trust me on this one, its next level. Frozen cauliflower is a great way to add vitamins and minerals to your smoothie. It also adds a really nice creamy texture and you will honestly never even know it's in there!

Coco-Cauli Layer:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 tsp unsweetened coconut 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Blueberry Layer:

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Blend the coco-cauli and blueberry separately and layer (or blend it all up together if you aren't feelin' fancy). You may need to add a little more almond milk or water depending on your blender. Top with berries and more shredded coconut! Serves 2.
