Beauty Breakfast Bowl

Overnight Oat Beauty Bowl_Kris Gill

Beauty Breakfast⁣

An overnight oat bowl is a great way to start your day because it’s packed full of fibre + skin-boosting goodness!⁣

Fibre helps to cleanse the bowels. TMI, but as my friend @lifebyleese says ‘the more you go the more you glow’ good gut health is the basis of clear skin⁣.

Oats provide silica to help maintain skin elasticity while the chia seeds are rich in plant based omega-3s which help to moisturize the skin from the inside! AND the almonds and cashew milk delivers an abundance of vitamin e to help skin-rejuvenation⁣.

Adding fruit to your bowl is only going to add extra nutrients. So don’t be afraid of this natural sugar! Right now I’m loving mango it’s packed with vitamin c and antioxidants to help protect the skin from sun and pollution damage⁣!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s to be mindful of what you’re putting into your body. Food isn’t just a means of satiating hunger, it’s a means of healing from the inside out! #blisswithkris #beautyfood
